Structural Repairs
This garage was damaged in a fire. Following the demolition and clean-up, we repaired the existing block walls and painted them white. Next, we reduced the size of the window openings and installed a 2 x 8 top plate over the block. With the top plates in place, it was time for the new roof system. This was accomplished using prebuilt trusses with OSB sheathing on either end of the structure.
Exterior Finish
The exterior of this garage was covered with new vinyl siding, metal fascia, and a metal roof. We also installed new windows, the entry door and the overhead garage door.
This project required block repair, painting, framing, truss installation, vinyl siding installation, metal roofing installation, window and door installation, and the installation of a new garage door.

Exterior Updates
Project Details:
This garage was structurally sound, but the exterior was in need of attention due to many years of weathering. We covered 100% of the exterior of this garage with new materials.
Working from the top down, we installed a new asphalt shingle roof, new manufactured PVC fascia boards, vinyl soffits, vinyl siding, PVC trim boards around the garage doors, a window on either side of the building, gutters on both sides of the roof, and finished this project by replacing the garage doors.
